The sounds are typical, the tom sounds are good, the cymbals are o.k., there are some good sounding snares. Best through headphones though I ran through a stereo system and that works too, just had to boost the vol a little

The pad has only one trigger zone sticked but has two separate control pedals. The pedals are a good concept to practice independence of limbs. The clicks and training modes are great and fun for rudiments and tempo rehearsal, it's like having a coach.

I thought the sound would route through the speaker, but only the metronome routes there. You need to hook up something to the outputs in order to hear the drum sounds, which seemed counter-intuitive.
