Coming from the very glitchy ADJ MyDMXGo, this controller is a breath of fresh air and the best part is that it stands alone. No computer/iPad needed. The fixture profiles were all 100% accurate for the fixtures I control using it. You can either use the touchscreen or the LED buttons. The LED buttons that coordinate with the colors you are wanting to display are phenomenal and very tactile. You can actually feel the buttons being pressed. The add-on EasyView 3D visualizer gives you the ability to see your setup and controls without actually having to setup your lights. However, this isn't really the best for multi-effects fixtures such as GigBars. For pars and movers, this is ideal! I have zero regrets with this purchase. This controller has the ability to control 1024 channels, but only the first 512 come free. If you want a second universe, that will need to be purchased as an add on as well. Last, but not least, expect a rather steep learning curve especially if you're new to DMX control. However, there are many YouTube videos available from the manufacturer to help you climb the hill.

This controller had limited ability for controlling MULTIPLE FUNCTION compound lightning.It’s great for simple DMX. Has a longer learning curve than what was expected.
