I have had this thing for quiet some time now, almost 4 years and its been a pain the entire time.The software provided to make ANY adjustments to sample rate, clock changes, Mixer levels, ect.... is the slowest, most sluggish thing I have ever had to deal with. Right out of the box its been like this and I instantly had issues after hooking it up. TOOK ME 2 DAYS to trouble shoot everything the first time. Using ADAT? GOOD LUCK. hooked it up with an octopre and it only made things worse. I also can't get rid of the audio clicking I get when recording synths. I have tried endlessly. PROS:the audio quality is nice but you can get that with other interfaces todoesn't get as hot as my mackie big knob didEasy independent Phantom power switches per input with finer adjustments.headphone amps are nice too.CONS:AWEFUL DRIVERSAWEFUL SOFTWARE FOR SAID DRIVERSAWEFUL ADAT SUPPORTCONSTANTLY BUGS OUT ON YOURESTARTING YOUR PC? OP TOO BAD HERE COME ISSUESI'm frustratedI was warned about the firmware, driver, software issues from their earlier models and I hoped they fixed it but even their latest driver LAGS just trying to get me to log into your account (Oh yeah you need an account to USE THE SOFTWARE WHICH IS USED TO CHANGE SETTINGS) it blows my mind, and now I remember why I hated setting things up with this interface.. its a nightmare.
