Overall, it's a great unit, with a few caveats...The price (seems a little high @ $749)... The headphone output is low, it's usable for sure, but it's low (using DT770 80 Ohm cans)... It doesn't come with rack ears (WTH??)... But my biggest annoyance is that when my Mac wakes from sleep, it doesn't see the interface, it requires me to restart both the Mac & the EVO, it only takes a second, but it's still annoying, I'm hoping future firmware or software patches sort this out, but to be honest I don't know for sure if it's a Mac issue, or an EVO issue, so it wouldn't be fair to blame Audient outright.
Sound
Sound Quality - You get out exactly what you put it, the preamps don't color the tone at all, at least in no way that I can hear, and there is plenty of gain on tap...at extreme levels there is a very (and I mean very) slight hiss, you'd likely never hear it though monitors, but in headphones you can barely make it out.
Features
Most Useful Features - I'd say the single best feature is also it's biggest gimmick...The auto gain, if you're tracking a single guitar or vocal etc..., I'd suggest you just gain it yourself, but if your tracking drums, the auto gain is quite handy... Another REALLY handy feature is the EVO Mixer, in addition to a master mix, you can create up to 4 more individual mixes, which is handy if you're tracking a few people at once. The mixer app does a lot actually, it's makes routing painless and so much more.
Ease of Use
Getting a good sound - It's easy with this interface, sent your gains, arm your tracks and go, not much to it... I also have mine setup to send to an outboard compressor & channel strip/EQ, the routing was painless, running outboard gear with this unit is really nice.
Quality
The product is well made, and the metering is clear and easy to see, it takes a little menu diving to access everything, but it's easy enough, or you can just use the mixer app. I can't speak to the durability, there have been some reviews saying they've had issues, but I use mine daily, and have had zero issues, at least with the functioning of the unit.
Value
Is it worth the price - Well, yeah...kinda, when I bought mine it was $499, and it was worth every penny of that, but now that it's $749? There are some pretty competitive options out there that "may" be better based on your needs.
Manufacturer Support
I haven't had to contact Audient, so I can't say if customer support is good or bad.

I actually loved this interface and had zero issues up until 2 months ago. This interface started sending out loud buzzing sounds/static. Loud, as in at max levels which could possibly damage your monitors. Customer Service from Audient was helpful. I live in Hawaii and would need to ship this to California to be fixed. There is a 3 year warranty on their gear. This isn't an uncommon issue. If you Google Evo 16 static noises there are multiple complaints. As for this piece of gear i have. It will likely not be shipped and be tossed in the dumpster. I'll just never buy Audient interfaces every again.
Sound
Honestly, while all was functioning i did really love the interface. After the failure of the gear I'm now anti Audient.
