This is the most poorly made piece of equipment I've ever encountered. It came with multiple defective cards (guess why they include a free extra card). The cards flex in a major way when you plug in a patch cord. They don't even ship it in a box... it's in a bubble pack. Something as simple as a patch bay should just work. Don't buy it. These folks really shouldn't be in business and retailers who care about their customers shouldn't carry them.

"A better product is available for the same amount of money."
Sound
No noticeable difference in sound patched through this or direct.
Features
Basic patching, no frills.
Quality
2 cards were defective out of the box, two more died in a matter of days. Very poor build quality.
Value
This product is not worth the price. There are better patchbays with IDENTICAL DESIGNS!! See Neutrik.
