It produces no sound. It's a MIDI Controller at heart; and a DAMN GREAT one at that!

PROS: -Beautiful Screen -64 Great RGB Pads (with adjustable pad gain, dynamics and sensitivity) -Touch Enabled endless encoders -EVERYTHING laid out in front of you and accessible from the controller (LITERALLY) -EXTREMELY VERSATILE STEP SEQUENCER CON: -THE ONLY CON IS THAT IT CAN ONLY BE POWERED BY AN EXTERNAL POWER SOURCE (which it comes with) INSTEAD OF USB which doesn't make it as portable as some might like but that is literally THE ONLY CON about this beautiful piece of hard/software combo.

It will take a bit to get used to if you've never used the first Push device like myself but there are PLENTY of tuts/quick tips/youtube vids to get you started quickly. Once you get going on the basics, the rest is pretty simple. Just dive in and keep going and learning as you will pick up little tips and tricks along the way that will enhance this already amazing workflow between Push & Live.

VERY well built. It's SOLID and just feels like it will last. Very impressed.

Definitely on the more expensive side of the spectrum of controllers out there but HIGHLY doubt that it will be matched in terms of what you get, the quality of both Live & Push and the complete integration of the two.

Haven't had to use support. Registration and installing Live and everything that comes with the Suite version was very simple and straightforward. And the FAQ's are very informative and so is the Online documentation and support from what I've seen.
