Sound
I have had no major problems with the quality of sound.
Features
Four band EQ with sweepable High-Mid is a great feature. On board amps are assignable in three different configurations. Backgound music pot (post -main fader) is a nice feature. SPDIF output is good for recording.
Ease of Use
Interface is easy to learn use and has not been a problem for our all volunteer sound crew. Manual is comprehensive.
Quality
After almost three years of use in our church, this unit has three bad channels. Several gain pots stick and we have lost the use of three channels due to unreliable gain. Sometimes the channels will restore to full gain and I get feedback during a service. Turning the gain up to full will yield just barely enough level for my Sennhieser choir mics. If I wiggle the gain pot then level will cut in and out. Unfortunately this product only came with a one year warranty, so no chance of repairs. This seems to be the only problem that I have encountered. To all who may cry "Abuse," I would note that this mixer has only been used in one location in a fixed installation and has not been moved.
Value
Possibly a Mackie or Yamaha would have been a better choice for long term use. Our Yamaha Pro Mix 1 is still going strong.
Manufacturer Support
As I have already noted - only a one year warranty. Our local service center refused to cover any repairs.
