I have 2 of these basses,the 5 string and 4 string jazz and they are both great.The nut was cut properly although I’ll probably replace it with a tusq.The action was nice with no buzzing once I adjusted the truss road and no sharp fret ends .Pickups work fine although the tuners aren’t the greatest they hold tune pretty well.Well worth the price and with a $200 mods would play just as well as the USA version.If you’re not a serious pro this is all the bass you’ll ever need and you can gig with it no problem!
