Very satisfied with it so far. I've owned it now for about a month. I would replace it with the same model if it was lost or stolen.
Sound
The sound on this bass is very versatile, capable of covering everything from a slap jazz to a deep rumble for metal. I usually like to adjust my guitars to get the lowest, smoothest action I can. I really didn't have to do anything to this bass. It was good to go right out of the box.Even really close to being right in tune! Not bad for $400.00 bucks!
Features
This does have a bolt on neck instead of a thru neck, but most basses in this price range do.There is still very good sustain. I would rather the neck be the same color as the body. It is natural maple. But the next is smooth to play and it's only a cosmetic thing. The finish on this is excellent.
Ease of Use
Very easy with three tone knobs and a volume knob to get any sound you need. Pickups are very quiet. I use this for recording and there is no hum or anything to get in the way of a good sound recording.
Quality
As with any instrument with proper care this bass should last you a long time.
Value
Well worth the price!
Manufacturer Support
Haven't had any issues, so I can't say.
The Wow Factor
Great looking bass with the flamed maple top. Mine is the cherry red. Black flamed maple would be my second choice. Gorgeous! I also chose this model because of the binding. It adds a nice classic touch.
