This bass IS nice. It really is. 1st it's sexy as hell. Roasted Maple neck and fingerboard. As I absolutely hate rosewood!!!!!!!! Second I've never been able to afford an ebmm, but some how my buddys had 3 or 4. So I've played them. They probably play a little better but price wise it's not a huge difference in feel. Third w the two humbuckers and 5 position switch your tonal options far exceed a single H model. I want any and all to know that I've wanted a music man bass since I was bout 12 or 13. That's the last 27-28 years. And as of today I've finally got as close as I'm probably ever going to get because of this exact bass. It came today and I'm completely satisfied and smitten. Thanks zZounds. Not happy with FedEx though, but that's neither here nor there for this review.
