An original, classic design that is familiar to all fans of great guitars, the Sterling by Music Man Axis AX3 traces its roots to the Ernie Ball Music Man Axis, the venerable single cutaway guitar that took the scene by storm in the early '90s. Features four conductor pickups wired to a 5-way selector, asymmetrical neck, and vintage style tremolo.

"Spectacular for the Money"

Sterling has done it again. Striking looks, tone and performance for only $299.00.
This is my 5th model from the Sterling line and none of them disappoint. Neck radius is on the wide side. I would compare it more with a Les Paul in this regard. Tone is high gain and pretty nasty. My only wish would be the inclusion of locking tuners like some of the other Sterling models. Also, I'll take the Sterling tremolo system over a Floyd Rose any day!!!!!
