I brought it brand new but was shipped a (used) case. It sucks that I have gigs starting tonight three nights in a row got the case for the wheels and guess what the wheels don’t move. It truly looks like an open box item got dings on it. One side is not flushed when closed. Has marks and dings. Wish I could share pics here how did this make it past QA is a wow factor to me. Just got it delivered today now have to wait week for a replacement. Not a bad box if you receive what you pay for.
