IDK what this cabinet would sound like with any other head. I purchased this cabinet along with the Spider V240HC head and I absolutely love the sound! My first stack, so I can't compare it to anything I've personally played thru or owned. However, I am a sound man and have heard many, many rigs and this bad boy stands up and usually beyond most rigs. Now I know it couldn't hold a candle to a tube amp, say a Marshall rig, but for the price? I don't think you can beat it.
