This Double XO pickup mixes the direct sound of a magnetic pickup with a microphone to get the most natural sound out of your acoustic guitar!

The Double XO Series feature a humbucking dual coil magnetic pickup coupled with a condenser microphone. Individual levels are controlled by means of dual volume controls to allow you to blend in the amount of microphone you desire.

There's also separate tone for both the magnetic pickup and the microphone giving you even greater control of your sound. A phase switch and micro USB charging port are located on the front control panel as well. When fully charged, the built-in 500mAh rechargeable battery can last up to 100 hours.

Installation is very simple by simply "sandwiching" the padded panel with two screws. Included with the system is the USB charging cable, double-shielded output cable/jack, adjustment screwdriver.

I bought this for my Martin Dread Jr. as I was not completely satisfied with the piezo pickup that it came with and there is a remarkable improvement in the sound. The treble/bass adjustments on the pickup, as well as being able to blend the microphone and magnetic pickups with a thumbwheel allows you complete control over your guitar. And the Volume control thumbwheel is conveniently located near the low E string. Don't let the price fool you! This gem is just as good as those brands that you are more familiar with that cost 3 or 4 times the cost of this unit. The future acoustic guitars that I buy will all be without pickups and I will order more of these as needed to put in them.
