After months of researching Acoustic / Electric Basses, I found this!
Sound
Great action for an acoustic, Can be adjusted to retain the "acoustic" sound or can be warm with good lows using the EQ and bass enhancer. It pairs well with a higher powered amp. I played it through A TC BG250...quite impressive. Playing unplugged, It holds its own very well with two acoustic guitars.

The only issue I had was the wires hanging down in the sound hole, I taped them up and it fixed it... I think I will have this bass for several years though
