Overview

While beauty was the inspiration of the Dean Edge, they put every bit of their 20 plus years of design experience into these models. Dean started with a body styled and contoured for comfort and the choice basswood to make them lighter. The maple necks were profiled to be faster and sleeker than virtually all other. They designed a "uniquely Dean" custom neck joint and heel along with the asymmetrical 4 bolt pattern creating uninterrupted access all the way up the two octave neck. "suprised me"
i expect to be satisfied with this for a long time but expect to move on to something better its a great bass beginner or not.
Sound
fairly good sound the bass amp could pack more punch but its good for beginners deffinatley suprised me

came with a bunch of stuff gig bag, strap, some picks the best thing would be the bass amp and the picks gig back is fragile same with everything else
Ease of Use
very easy to use seeing as how its for beginners but it keeps you entertained
Quality
very good as far as quality basically indestrucible ive dropped it alot and you just pick it back up and still looks brand new
Value
really good price i got it for 200 and i thought that was good

wouldnt know didnt need any support with it but i would expect the people at Dean to be helpful and know what they are talking about.

i got this in metallic red it deffinatley catchs your eye. i think its gorgeous
