Well, to be honest, I would prefer the H&K Warp factor, but this pedal is cheaper and works with normal voltage, has similar sound and is smaller. I like that sound because it isn't gritty and fuzzy as other distortion units from various manufacturers are. If it was stolen, I would probably get another one, because I don't see H&K redesigning their product, or try to compete price-wise :) This product gets an overall 7, because of cheap components and materials. But don't get fooled by that, it is a good sounding pedal, with proper drive, not a hiss factory most distortions are.

Sound
Since this is a copy of H&K Warp distortion, it has similar sound to it. Not as good, but pretty close. I don't plan to use this pedal in my standard rig, I bought it as a backup pedal in case when I don't get a normal amp for a gig (or a cabinet, so I couldn't play my 5150). I need thick distortion and this pedal delivers it (in reasonable measures). I don't think it would be good in studio though. I use multiple boss pedals and an Ibanez TS9, and this pedal sounds really good when combined with those pedals. Heck, it sounds good on it's own.

Features
It is a cheap made Chinese plastic pedal. I think that the switch would break if someone used it extensively. But, what do you expect for 20 euros? It has level, gain and warp controls (same controls that H&K Warp has) and the "deep" switch that should emulate that 4x12… read more enclosure sound, but isn't very good, not even on H&K. I wish it had metal casing. Than it would be even closer to H&K, but better in a way that it uses normal 9V adapter/battery instead of awkward 14V H&K uses. Adapter connector could be positioned on the front instead on the side of the pedal.

Ease of Use
Manual is good enough to get you started, but this pedal is really easy to use, even without the manual. The pedal has it's own sound, you can only fiddle with the amount of gain and with warp control, and those two knobs really work :D Did I mention that this pedal has better drive than any Boss distortion unit I've ever heard/had in my possession?

Quality
It buzzes. It is made out of plastic. It won't survive the road (maybe it could, if you really really really look after it). It is not a pedal for pros, not even intermediate players, but I keep it as a backup. I guess it will work for a year or two. It is not a bad sounding pedal, but it is made out of rubbish and it certainly looks and feels like it :D

The Wow Factor
It looks nice, the color is not the same as seen in pictures, it has more red to it. It is possible to live without this pedal, it is a straight up distortion unit. I use Ibanez TS9 on a dirty amp and it screams, so I don't really need this pedal, except in cases that I mentioned earlier. I wanted this pedal because it is cheap and it delivers what I need from it.
