I have used many external and internal drum triggers. These are by far the most impressive build. With most external triggers some wiring is exposed and can become damaged. There is no exposed wire with these and the housing is 100% metal. I have read reviews elsewhere that people had issues with the trigger loosening but I had no issues. I also tried with 3 different modules from different brands. Although some tweaking was necessary, it did a great job. Again some reviewers stated it doesn't trigger well. Perhaps they dont quite understand hi ow to adjust trigger settings in their module. This thing is amazing!
