The higher-tier variant in the Z series, Sire Marcus Miller Z7 blends classic elegance with modern performance and is made for players looking for groovy humbucker sound. It features an Edgeless neck with the most requested stainless steel frets to match different preferences while keeping up with comfort and playability.

Composed of Alnico and US-made coil pick up impressing a vintage bass sound and a split Jazz pickup reducing hum noise when used alone or combined.

Marcus Heritage-3 with Mid Frequency Control

An active 3-Band preamp that includes volume/tone, blender, treble, bass, and middle frequency controls to attain any desired audio output of various players.

Sire Z-Bass Body Shape

It is a new Sire bass body shape with rounded forearm contour inspired by an iconic '70s bass model with defined lower cutaway. Made from Swamp Ash for a natural finish preferred by pro players throughout history or Alder body material, it is figured to complement the look and sound requirements of both the traditional and modern players.

I took a chance on this bass and I’m so glad I did. I don’t know how Sire can put out this kind of quality at such an affordable price. The craftsmanship is incredible, and the sound is balanced, articulate, and full. I used it at a gig the same day I got it. I play in a six piece Latin jazz band and this bass was incredible. I highly recommend it. This is a lot of bang for the buck. You’ll thank me!
