I bought the guitar purely for aesthetic reasons. This guitar is absolutely gorgeous. The photos do not do it justice. The fact that it plays and sounds great is just gravy.

Sound
The guitar sounds clean, and bright. Pickups are fantastic. I get minimal noise when I'm cranked to 11, even when using the coil tap.

Features
Personalty, I could live without the coil tap. I'm thinking of pulling the toggle and adding a kill switch or something. In my 25 years of playing guitar this is the first guitar I've owned with locking tuners, and I'm angry at myself for missing out. I've ordered 3 sets to put on my other heavy use guitars. I'm not a tremolo guy either. My only experience is with the Fender Strat, and I hated it. The Wilkinson Trem in this is pretty good. It feels substantial, and I've had no stability issues at all.

Ease of Use
This guitar plays like butter. The neck is fast, and feels amazing. The slight cutaway at the neck joint is just enough to make a difference getting to all the high frets. Right out of the box, the action was almost perfect for me. I'm picky. I'd say, based on the measurements when I was setting the action, it's probably perfect for 99% of players.

Quality
The quality is top notch. Not a ding, or finish blemish to be found. The ornate inlay is immaculate. I was expecting some spacing issues, but didn't find any.No scratches on any read more of the back plastic, or polished metal.I didn't even have to clean the frets.

Value
This guitar is easily worth double what it's priced at. I'm an old dog, and always associated the "Big Two" guitar manufactures as the bar for value, and just assumed you need to spend a stupid amount of money to get a quality instrument. This guitar has changed my mind. This was my first Schecter, but definitely not my last.

Manufacturer Support
This guitar has given me no reason to contact support.

The Wow Factor
I have got nothing but compliments when I pull this guitar out. Every guitar player I know that's played it has been impressed. I even had a guy offer to buy it off me after a show.
