MTD Kingston Z5 Electric Bass, 5-String (with Rosewood Fingerboard)

The MTD Kingston Z is the flagship model of the Kingston line and takes many of its design cues from handmade USA MTDs.

To further enhance the relationship between the Kingston and USA models, the Z features an Alder body and Roasted Maple neck with an Ebony fingerboard more aligned with what customers expect from an MTD instrument. The roasted neck not only provides more stability, but also makes for a more 'broken in' sound and feel. MTD's asymmetrical neck and compound fingerboard radius allow the player hours of comfortable, fatigue free playing. The Buzz Feiten Tuning System provides precise intonation up and down the fretboard.
