Overview

The dreadnought-sized Guild D-50E Standard acoustic guitar is meticulously crafted in the USA. The D-50E Standard includes an integrated L.R. Baggs Element VTC active pickup system with Volume and Tone controls.

The D-50 guitar was originally introduced in 1963 and quickly became renowned for its rich and powerful sound -- making it especially popular among folk, country, blues, and rock players.

The guitar's solid Indian rosewood back and sides provide a full and rich tone, while its solid Sitka spruce top adds brightness and a lively response, and its comfortable C-Shape neck makes it easy to play.

A Vintage Gloss nitro finish that highlights the beauty of the woods, complemented by a tortoiseshell pickguard, pearloid rosette, Guild Peak headstock inlay, and Deluxe Vintage tuners with butterbean buttons, gives the D-50 Standard a timeless look. A deluxe hardshell case and a Certificate of Authenticity are included.
