Out of the box, which was security sealed/never opened, the guitar was far from play worthy, first off the action was about 5/8" off the finger board out of the box I had to turn the bridge lug 4 and 1/4 turns just to get it close enough to play, after tuning it was right on as far as intonation which was kind of confusing to me ? The fret edges were not dressed very well, a lot of burrs and sharp edges were obvious, the pick up selector had static in between switching from one pick up to the other, kind of disappointing as this was my dream guitar I waited till I was 63 years old to own. I like the sound and electronics and I guess after I pay to have the frets dressed and professionally set up it will be a keeper, just didn't think my money would fetch so little in craftsmanship. I gave no stars on manufacturers support because I didn't feel like waiting several more weeks for their solutions.
