Its a good one. Workmanship and fit and finish are very good. No high frets detected or orange peel over spray. Its a unique Gibson but familiar all the same. The neck is CHONKY no doubt. Almost a boat but very comfortable. It is not like my 70's V or slim taper SG neck or even my 2016 Les Paul. WAY thicker neck. And I LOVE it. Simple controls are welcome. The switch is on the right place. The 70's pickups are good. My V has them and that swayed me to getting this, not quite like 498's/490's but not too far off. It has the posi lok strap buttons! Nice vintage touch. Very happy with this purchase. I emailed Gibson customer support asking which hard case would be best for this, a standard Les Paul case or a LP Jr. case. No reply after several days.
