Delivering unparalleled projection not found in comparable small-bodied guitars and a tonality that is best described in Gibson's 1934 catalog as a sound of "perfect balance," The 1933 L-00 achieves all the advantages of an acoustic that is comfortable to play in your home while still producing Gibson's characteristic rich, full sound. The 1933 L-00 features Light Aging by the skilled artisans of the Murphy Lab.

"My opinion on the Gibson 1933L-00."

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I truly find this a very remarkable acoustic guitar. My husband has been playing for years, and so he's wanted a Gibson acoustic guitar, "because they're the best guitar out there honey," is what he's always telling me, but if I'm paying over $5,000 for a Gibson accoustic guitar I think for that much money you should be able to customize your own guitar! This plain black and white guitar is just way to plain for my husband, he'd want some kind of design on it, like the 3 Crosses up on Golgotha Hill in Jerusalem with the 2 robber's on either side of Jesus, and our dear Lord in the middle of the 2 robber's, and one asks Jesus to remember him when Jesus dies and goes to Heaven and Jesus said he would remember the man because he believed in Jesus, but the other man did not believe so he didn't go to Heaven. Cowgatha means skull, so Jesus was crucified on "Skull Mountain" underneath him. The skull mountain is still there if anyone is interested.
