The Epiphone Emperor Swingster is a way-cool guitar that excels in a wide range of genres, including jazz, blues, rockabilly, country and rock. This hollowbody has a 5-ply layered maple body, mahogany neck with a comfortable and fast-playing SlimTaper profile, Indian laurel fretboard with block inlays, mother of pearl Epiphone and Tree of Life inlays on the large Clipped Dove Wing headstock, Grover Rotomatic tuning machines, and two Epiphone SwingBucker pickups, each with a dedicated volume and tone control. Push/pull switches are built into each volume control to provide series/parallel switching for the pickups, and along with the 3-way toggle pickup selector switch, gives you a broad selection of tonal options.

The LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge is mounted on a pinned wooden base so it won't move out of place when you use the licensed Bigsby vibrato with wire handle. Available in Forest Green Metallic with gold hardware, or Black Aged Gloss and Delta Blue Metallic finishes with nickel hardware.

I actually bought this guitar about 5 yrs ago from zzounds.com. I was able to get the orange one that you can't get anymore. It is beautiful. Great for rockabilly old rock country it holds up really good on those but it even does good with newer rock. I have great fun with this guitar.
Sound
I like to use this for rockabilly and old rock it sounds great it fits those types of music.
Features
I can't think of anything on this guitar that I don't use I love the pull knobs.
Ease of Use
I guess how easy it is to play depends. If you are a beginner you night have a little trouble. For me it plays everything I want in royal form
Quality
I've had this guitar for at least 6 yrs. It plays and looks exactly like it looked 6 yrs ago. So I would say it has held up extremely well
