The Fender 2018 Custom Limited Edition 1963 Heavy Relic C/R Tele guitar is finished in Super Faded/Aged flash coat lacquer. The lightweight ash body has received a Heavy Relic treatment that shows natural wear and tear of years of heavy use, nicks, scratches, worn finish, rusty hardware and aged plastic parts. The '60's Style Oval "C"-shaped maple neck is quartersawn for strength and responsive tone with a round-laminated dark rosewood fretboard. The 9.5"-12" Compound Radius and 6105 frets assure easy play and deep bends without fretting out as you play up the neck. Other premium features include a Handwound Broadcaster Bridge Pickup, Handwound Twisted Tele Neck Pickup, 3-Ply Mint Green Pickguard, 3-Way Switch, Bone Nut, Deluxe Hardshell Case, Strap, and Certificate of Authenticity.
