Value:
This is a fairly expensive set of plug-ins, but you definately get what you pay for.

Desirability:
After hearing what this can do with all the horrible source material I have to clean up, nothing else will do.

Sound:
I have not found another noise reduction product that works half as good, amazing.

Ease of Use:
The installation process was a huge pain. I had to install about 4 seperate items just to get the thing working and authorized. They will only running under an admin accout (OS X). The initial start up time for each host application after installing takes forever as well. The plug-ins themselves are very well designed and have an elegantly simple interface. They could not be designed better.

Support:
I sent an email to tech support after having no success at installing the plug-ins. They called me back from their location in Israel within two hours. The tech was very helpful and got me up and running in no time.

Overall:
If it was not such a pain to install I would give it a 10. Working in the legal field I get all kinds of poorly recorded source material. These plug-ins are an indispensable part of my set-up.
