Feature:
I do miss having manual control, but the compression engine does its job nicely. The fact that it has multi-band compression on some modes makes this unit more capable than any other budget compressor.

Quality:
Feels sturdy enough, i just havent owned it very long.

Value:
Its inexpensive and functional.

Desirability:
If it dies, i would definitely buy another one, immediately.

Sound:
This unit made all the difference in the world for my live sound. I use the SPDIF in from a Presonus Firestudio and the outs to a BBE 882i. I do live electronic PA, and it really helps keep the little nuances audible, and the sound punchy.

Ease of Use:
This unit makes getting a good sound child's play.

Support:
haven't need it

Overall:
Not something I would use as a serious recording or mastering tool, but for live sound, or a home studio, it doesn't get any better than this unit for the price.

Feature:
Mixing the compressed signal with the dry signal! Cool! The C300 is midi alsoequipped, which is always a good thing! Also spdif which is very handy, as a lot of work is done in the digital domain these days. The only gripe I have with the C300 is the lack of a power switch but this is not too bad for me as the c300 runs from a built in power iec so I hook mine up straight to a ETA power conditioner. Apart from that its great!

Quality:
Well built.. hey its TC Electronic. Enough said!

Value:
For the price, the quality and features make this a superb value compressor. Ideal for any home/project studio.

Desirability:
Sleek design, solid built with excellent sounding compression and features that goes more than some more expensive units that are currently out there. Nice slim and very proffesional looking piece of gear. Especialy compared to anything made by Behringer!!

Sound:
Instant gratification! Excellent compression with superb tailored presets for diffrent aplications. Preset patterns for vocals, keyboards, vocal etc. Each one does exactly what it says on the tin! Excellent gating. Works well with drum patterns. I use mine in stereo mode.

Ease of Use:
Dead easy. Simple control layout makes it a breeze to use.

Support:
Never had to call them and I hope I never do!

Overall:
As I am concerned, this is a top compressor with excellent features, makes everything sound good comming out of my home studio. Can't think why I should replace it!
