Sound: For an "entry level" kit it has a really great sound but there are some things that need replaced, the heads on the snare and toms (as per usual with any new kit),and also the snare beads because they tend to pick on any frequency when you hit the other drums and this does cause too much snare buzz. the stock bass heads actually sound really great and have that chest pounding thump. Feature: The hardware that comes with this is the tama stagemaster hardware, it is all double braced and is very high quality. Ease of Use: If you are a drummer you should have no problem playing this kit. I wouldn't recommend this kit for an absolute beginner due the size and the complexity. Quality: The build quality is top notch on these drums, you can't go wrong with tama! Value: This is an incredible value, musician's friend has the same kit with just one more rack tom but they are charging an extra $500 for it. Manufacturer Support: everything was perfect so there was no need for customer support. The Wow Factor: This kit to put it plain and simple looks badass,it feels great to play. Overall: I expect to have this kit for at least 5 years and to keep adding more and more to it and turn it into a monster. and maybe way down the line replace the shells.

Sound: I love these drums. just got them last week. been playing them a few times... they sound amazing right out of the box. changing the heads will make it sound better, but as they sit now, they do sound great. Feature: everything promised on the site was included. everything works great, the quality is great. Ease of Use: i have always played 5 peice kits, with double pedals, and add on toms and what not. i was a bit worried when i first set this kit up that the second bass would somehow feel different, and the toms were too far away from the floor tom for a smooth roll... but i was wrong. this set is amazing, and plays wonderfully. Quality: no blemishes, nothing broken or damaged. everything is solid as whould be expected... the pedals feel a little bit light, as i dont know howlogn they can take being pounded. i play in 2 metal bands, and have always used the iron cobra pedals... these have similar features but feel more flimsy. i would suggest they are ok for rock, jazz, and even someone with lighter feet than me. the stands are rock solid, and the tom stand is also great. Value: def worth the price. i can easily see this kit going for another 500$ easily or more Manufacturer Support: i dont know, i didnt need any customer support, everythign shipped way faster than i expected, no damaged boxes or anything... so i guess that is a testament to zzsounds that they are good and easy to deal with The Wow Factor: this is a solid looking set as well as sounding. Overall: i expect to use this set extensively on the road and in the sudio. i dont see any problems with it, and i hope it is true..so far so good.
