Feature:
They made this very versital in the features of setting it up.

Quality:
Nice metal product, and everything is double locked.

Value:
This product is very nice to have, and I think it is better than it's compatition, but it's compotision is like $100 cheaper than this product, thus I am not sure it's worth buying this product.

Desirability:
I want it!!!(and have it) But mostly because I'm a huge TAMA fan, all my gear is TAMA and Zildian w/pro-mark sticks. If I could rewind time I would probly get a cheaper drop-clutch.

Sound:
This does clamp the hi-hat tighter than the compotision 'hi-hat drop cluches' and that extra tightness gives the hi-hat a nice 'chick' sound.

Ease of Use:
Very easy to use, once you get the hang of it it's almost effortless.

Support:
Didn't need to use it, but i used it for one of their 'Iron Cobra pedals' and the support was awesome.

Overall:
Overall this product, in my opinion, is overpriced.

Sound:
Sound is really not relavent, except to say the hi hats can be adjusted to close tightly or loose. Cant do that with a common clutch. Guess that makes sound.

Support:
Just got it and have not contacted them for support

Overall:
With the hard case they give you it should last as long as you play drums.
