Feature:
No frills on this solid wood beauty such as binding on the body or neck or fancy inlay. The offset sound hole alows the top to really generate some "Good Vibrations" and sets it apart from the rest.

Quality:
This is a real piece of work. I always check out the straightness of the neck first and this one was pefectly straight just like my Tacoma C1 and P1. Really nice fret work as they are perfectly aligned. Body has a satin finish with no blemishes. It's like a piece of art work so much so that I will take it out of the hardshell and put it on a stand. I heard they had some quality problems pre 2000 but they seemed to have turned that around within the last 3 or 4 years.

Value:
I have been blown away with the value when compared to top of the line models of the other makers. This is probly the best agb out there.

Desirability:
The thundercheif has cutting edge look but still has a cool handmade quality.

Sound:
This is by far the loudest agb i've ever played. Beautiful rich booming rumble. Great sustain as well. Martin B1 was there when I bought mine and the thunderchief sounded better hands down.

Support:
Have never had a problem with any of my three Tacoma guitars. So it has yet to be an issue.

Overall:
I'm very satified buyer. Best agb on the market at a great value. I don't think that you could do better.

I love my new CB1055FE4 FL 5STR Thunderchief Tacoma Bass. I have been playing the bass and other instruments for some time
now and have experienced many different brands and types of basses. I am not what you may
consider a professional bassist. But I take my bass playing very seriously.

I had been looking for a fretless bass with the smooth natural sound of an acoustic upright
bass, but without having to train myself to play an upright bass. I started to believe that
I was asking for too much. But now I know that I wasn't! I found what I was looking for in
the Tacoma Thunderchief bass, five strings, with fretlines, and the Fishman Prefix Plus
Acoustic Guitar System.

To the Tacoma Engineers and Craftspeople, you should be very proud of what you have
accomplished with your teamwork and professionalism. I believe Tacoma, though a relatively
young guitar manufacturer can be one of the premiere guitar manufacturers in the world, if
you continue to maintain your high standards and excellence in craftsmanship. The sky is
the limit when you stay committed to excellence.

A very satisfied Tacoma Bass owner

This bass has restored my faith in the ability of an unplugged acoustic bass to hold it's own in a setting with other unplugged acoustic instruments. It has a big "bottomy" sound that I love and it's such a pleasure to play. I sound tested it against a Martin and easily chose the Tacoma.

Quality:
Quality wise the product contains minimal flaws and performs 100% of the time without exception. I always carry a back-up anyway but i have never had to use it once. I have had little experience on the road with this product specifically but feel it could stand the riggors of travel adequately. Forever...

Value:
This bass is of the highest standard and is worth every penny i paid for it. I do however believe that if the price were lowered ever so slightly then the musicians who are looking for value for money would be alot more interested in this product.

Desirability:
Between the design on the neck and the beautiful craftwork on the body of the bass. This is a marvellous piece of design and i don't believe i would be as good a musician as i am today if it wasn't for this bass.

Sound:
The mellow tones produced by this instrument are of the highest standard and the quality is exact for live performances. It allows for maximum feeling in conjunction with the guitar and suits my style of play to perfection. A quality bass for experienced players and definately beats off it's nearest rivals.

Support:
As i purchased this instrument from my local music store i haven't had much contact with the company but i believe that if they keep making guitars of this standard then they won't have a problem with customer satisfaction.

I have recently gotten my CB-10 E3 in the mail and it is a great bass. It is the best acoustic I have ever played. It is built very well and made to produce pure sounds. The case is extremely nice also.

Most acoustic basses sound terrible unless you plug them in. There is no low end in most of them. The Tacoma is great with a big body to handle the low end! Sounds great unplugged, which is the point to me. I'm saving up for one.

Magnificent instrument. If only Tacoma made cases as good as instruments. Within days of receiving my bass, the case handle pulled out. My local music shop was able to repair it, but Tacoma didn't want to know anything about it. Poor customer service. Too bad.

Still has the acoustic bass tones even when plugged in. Was gonna go with a cheaper model but I am glad I didn't. Comes with a nice case as well...
