These headphones provide decent sound quality for the discount price that I paid, but they would be far from a bargain at or near the list price. They could also use a volume control knob on the headphones. I use these as a "headphone amplifier" when playing NY electric basses with active electronics if I don't want to disturb others. For this purpose, these headphones do the job reasonably well.

These headphones actually have great sound. The big problem is the way they fit. They just aren't comfortable at all. Because the vertical adjustment is a friction type fit the earpieces need to be constantly readjusted as they tend to slip back toward the retracted position. They also tend to twist when worn so they earpieces don't align directly over your ears. To me these ended up being basically unusable except for very short periods of time. Great sound, great price, terrible fit! Glad they were on sale.
