10 out of 10Quality:
The side rails were about an 1/8" misaligned. It worked fine and I'm certain nobody but me will ever notice. A previous review complained about it's lack of nuts and bolts, and difficulty in installing the equipment. It came with 20 fasteners, more than enough for a 6 unit case. I'm not a brain surgeon, but experienced absolutely no difficulty in installing my units. I think maybe the previous puchaser may have needed a brain implant prior to his purchase.
Value:
Was a great value. I saw similar units selling for more. It's not flight quality, but I was not looking for nor need a case of that durability. For what it was intender for, I am very satisfied
Desirability:
I fell in love with the first set of luggae we puchased that had wheels and a telescoping handle. Now I have the same ease of mobility for my equipment. No messy dollies or hand trucks to load and offload. Lift it out of my vehicle, roll it in, do my thing, roll it out, and lift it in. No problem. Must save me a minimum of a half hour coming and a half hour going. As a result, Im not as fatuiged, and the extra hour saved is well inveated in sleep after a hard days work.
Support:
I've had no reason to contact the manufacturer. They have a great warrenty. Hope I never have to use it.
Overall:
I'll use it till it wears out. I haven't had it long enough to testify to it's durability, but I have no intention of dropping it off a 10 story building as they did in an American Turister commercial several years ago to demonstrate their durability. I suspect it will last me several years. I intend to purchse several more cases from this same manufacturer. That sould be enough of a testement.

7 out of 10Feature:
Included are rail clips & screws, so I don't understand the other reviewing person complaining about having to use nuts & screws...? Noob?
It's awesome being able to roll the stuff & have a nice telescoping handle. Especially amps... ;) The rear access is a bit cramped, but it's do-able.
Quality:
Made well. Good enough for what it is. Plus, SKB has a great warranty.

Support:
Haven't needed to use support.

1 out of 10Quality:
The rack rails are flimsy and bendable
Ease of Use:
Ugh.
Overall:
This thing has two fatal flaws. 1) The rack rails don't thread screws as is, so you have to buy washers and nuts to screw in behind. And, 2) As if that's not enough of a pain in the ass, try reaching your hands/tools in there to hold the nuts in place when it's full of gear. No room. Not happening. It took two of us to pull my gear out of it lastnight b/c it's so hard to manuever in there when it's full. The rolling feature is way handy, but overall not well thought out.
