Quality: Everything is perfect,Not really sure how to improve it. Sound: i tried as an overhead for drums, picks up a lot of low end hum type of noise when close to the cymbals, and if far (10" or more) it doesn't pick up unless gain applied. can not record decent acustic guitar either. Feature: good cables. Quality: metal body, feels heavy, and solid. Value: i don't know. Manufacturer Support: never needed. i sold them second hand in 3 months.
