10 out of 10Quality:
Quality is super.
Value:
It is a bargain. There are some that cost more, but they are not as good. Shubb is the best.
Sound:
Does not take away from the sound of the guitar. That makes it the best.
Ease of Use:
doesn't mess up tuning. It is easy to use.
Support:
I emailed them to ask about various models, etc. and got a very helpful response the same day from Shubb himself. You can't beat that.
Overall:
It seems like it will last forever, but I have bought three of them, just so that I always have one handy.

9 out of 10Feature:
doesn't need a flashy look as long as you got your sound
Quality:
very durable for home or road use
Value:
others were more expensive, but it seemed like you were paying for a particular look that may or may not sound as good as this one.
Desirability:
just a basic looking piece but it does what i wanted it to do
Sound:
nothing fancy, just the exact thing you need to create the sound you want.
Overall:
seems like it will last a very long time, no need to replace

10 out of 10Feature:
It's very compact. It does not interfere with playing, it's easy to change or remove, and it does not catch your shirt sleeves ,) (like kaiser's do, for instance).
Quality:
Rubber pad is very durable. The only (kind of) weakness is the plastic slider tip, that wears of eventually - but you have to play A LOT!!! Mine is still holding up after five years of extensive use. You'll probably lose it during a gig sooner than you'll notice any wear...
Value:
The price is kind of steep, but it's worth it.
Desirability:
I'll buy another one, definitely.
Sound:
It's basically all you need in a capo! Just great. I've been using this capo for five years now.
Support:
No service was needed, and that's why it's a 10. Actually, the company has provided all the nesessary info on how to get this thing replaced, and it looks like they mean it.
