Sound: i dont notice any coloration of the sound when plugged in Feature: i own the stx 1000, but ive played with the stx 1100 and the added tone generator is a great idea Quality: seems to be made well, i owned one (and still do) for 10+ years (i think - a long time anyway), plastic case is a little beat up and theres duck tape holding the battery in, but its been well abused, and still works great to my amazement Value: well worth the money, maybe spend twice the amount for a boss tu-2, but for $50ish go for it Manufacturer Support: havent tried The Wow Factor: it doesnt really make me feel sexy, but it gets the job done Overall: best $50 tuner out there, i will definately buy a replacement if mine ever croaks

Ease of Use: tunes better than many others for me.... has some trouble with bass-low B (but which tuner doesn't) Quality: i have used the older version (st1000) for 15 years+ still going strong. the front is cracked, battery held in with duct tape... still tunes great!!! Overall: great tuner lasted me a long time
