Value:
It does seem a bit more expensive than average for hobbyist level mics, but it is packed with features and very well made.

Sound:
I bought it to record live acoustic guitar and vocals, as well as synthesizer played through an amp,, all worked perfectly. Easy as plug in and go,,, low cutoff useful as well as multipattern settings useful,,, I think it's a fine mic, and very solidly constructed.

Support:
I didnt need support, so I don't know.

Feature:
Simple, just plug and play and the drivers are all installed with volume adjustment under capture.

Quality:
Well the mircophone is quite senstive to loud sound but it just take some personal adjusting. A good software package for recording music will help you fine tune audio tracks.

Value:
I don't really see other mics in it's class as far as professional studio microphones.

Ease of Use:
Very easy to use indeed.

Support:
Don't know, did not use it yet.

Overall:
I say go for it but a mic stand will be a good investment.

Desirability:
It looks good but doesn't work for crap.

Sound:
I have cheaper mics that do a much better job than this one. The input volume is very low. It is not sensitive at all. I may have gotten a bad one, but I think it is crap.

Support:
They gave me a bunch of jibberish about the applett on their site and then told me to buy a signal boost. I should n't have to buy anything else. I have cheaper mics that perform much, much better than this one.

Overall:
Buy something else.
