Sound: I bought this set of cymbals to replace the original set of low quality cymbals I had bought four years ago. I like the way these look and sound. They have a more sustain and crisp sound. I know there are some better cymbals available, but for the money, I like these. Quality: I purchased this set of cymbals as a blemished set. There were a few cosmetic flaws on the underside of a couple of cymbals. Nothing I can't live with. The 10" Splash had some cracks at the center mounting hole. I notified ZZOUNDS and they quickly sent a replacement. How's that for service? Value: I bought this cymbal set on sale as a blemished set. I feel like I got one heck of a good deal. Manufacturer Support: The 10" Splash had some cracks at the center mounting hole. I notified ZZOUNDS about the cymbal and they quickly responded and sent a replacement. How's that for service? The Wow Factor: They are new, they look great for now. Time will tell. Overall: I like what I hear and feel. As long as these last I think I'll be satisfied. I'm not an extremely hard hitter so I think they'll last.
