I liked different tunes I could play on it, still a way of selecting them is not very comfortable to me. Maybe due to a fact that it was a first Roland I played on.
This gear can change articulation of a sound depending on how strongly you tap the keys - this is cute. This is more than a simple dynamic keyboard.
I think it hasn't such facility as a registration memory as Yamaha, although some equivalent is through the disk styles, but I'am afraid they are not so quick to change during a live play. I still have to check it out. And maybe the feature I'm seeking is hidden in user programs.
The one touch settings (4 per style) are not programmable, I believe.
There are 2 settings(A/B) of 3 sections of the accompaniment per each style to choose from independently. That gives 8 combinations.
You can switch on and off different parts of the accompaniment. But you can't change the volume or select another sound.
I think the so called session partner settings which are handled by the same buttons as the parts of accompaniment are interesting and it makes pleasure to play with.
The display in reality looks much better than on the pictures I saw earlier on the net.
I didn't check yet the 16 track sequencer.
The keys feel a bit hard to me but habits can change.
I'm still hesitating to buy but I will go once more to the shop and check it out because Roland offers many features and good quality of sound for the price and on the other hand this keyboard requires some time to know.
Hope this helps others who like me seek some information beyond the technical specs.
