if it breaks or gets stolen and both have happened, i would buy another one, this cart will e-x-t-e-n-d your career and equipment---read ----s-a-v-e--y-o-u---m-o-n-e-y from wear & tear on you and your equipment.
Features
i own the r-12 --and the front wheels are a disaster. They will not stay repaired and they are a pain in an other wise outstanding product
Ease of Use
this cart the -r12- will ride over anything ---but the front wheels bind and you have to physically turn each wheel at time to get it to go in the direction you want. it folds down to a small foot print --ez to store---
Quality
this product is superior -----except for the front tires
Value
it is a must have for the pro.It saves your back-your equipment ---your energy--and your time
Manufacturer Support
i have dealt with them before and the staff is wonderful --- but if you have a flat you gotta replace the whole front tire because these things wont fix. If you are a working musician you do not have time to wait for the mail to bring a spare. When i lose a tire ---i use it in the 2 wheeler position, but that takes some getting used to.
The Wow Factor
There is nothing cool about this thing. The cool part comes from the energy you save to make music instead of trips back to the parking lots --through guests ect.

"The only cart to buy but........"

I have purchased a Mini to replace this one and other than a few problems with the cart wheels I have to rate it pretty highly for durability and design.
Features
The Rock and roller carries all the equipment that I use especially the 15" EON speakers which have strange shapes. I really wish it had some way to carry microphone stands. They slide off, slip through the bottom and go every which way
Ease of Use
I find it to be pretty heavy to be lifiting in and out of my van. I have since purchased a Mini - I will keep the larger one for when I have to carry all the gear. Setting it up is not difficult but it is still work, bending over, lifting etc. What would be really cool is an Aluminum Rock and Roller
Quality
The frame and parts are of excellent quality but I have had constant low pressure in the wheels. They are almost impossible to fix. The second problem is that the castors jam all the time and cause the cart to veer off and I have to force it back on path and kick the wheel straight. Usually it takes brute force to keep it on track. Other times they work perfectly.
Value
Yes the cart is very good and I have purchased another one. There are cheaper carts but they aren't designed for the musician's needs.
Manufacturer Support
There was no 800 number or web site with the unit to contact about these problems. I just got tired of filling the tires up with air and I tried fixing the flats but never could find the leaks. The tires are extremely difficult to break down and remove the tube. After a couple of tries I just couldn't justify the time I was wasting. I replaced the valve stems and even put the tubes under water and soaped them to find the leaks - no leaks but the tires kept losing air. Very frustrating!!! I did use SLIME which is a product for this purpose but then I couldn't get the tire back on the rim so I just gave up on it. I finally replaced them with hard wheels from the hardware store. This envolved machining new axles and cutting off the tube used for an axle because it won't fit commericially available tires.
The Wow Factor
There is no other cart that does what this one can do. It's a great design and I don't hold a few minor problems against it. In my band alone there are 4 rock and rollers being used.

"Too bad the Rock and Roller doesn't roll after the tires flatten!"

Features
The wheels are awful. The back tires go flat! I have a friend that has the type of tires that are NOT pneumatic and they've lasted forever. Mine are junk. The Front caster tires are ready to break off. I have the R8. Why don't they sell solid tires like the ones that used to work????
Ease of Use
If it wasn't for the tires, it's a great product.
Quality
Tires are not practical, everything else is solid.
Value
Until they make the solid tires, it's a mistake to buy this.
Manufacturer Support
Can't find solid tire replacements, I guess ordering tubes on-line is their answer. Not gonna help with tomorrow.
