Quiet and doesn't color the sound in any way.

Could have better knobs and quality pots.

Where are you going to get more for your money? Most crossovers cost double what this one does
Manufacturer Support
They are great if you call them. They don't seem too concerned with email though.
The Wow Factor
If it broke I'd buy it again.
