Style of Music: Rock, Jazz is way way fun to play on the bass, especialy Marcus Miller - M^2
Musical Experience: Active Musician, In a few bands and I've been playing bass for almost two years.

Feature:
It came with a very good expensive bass cord for free! It came with a box for power and for putting your bass onto a sound board and the instructions are so amazing. They explain it so that a 5th grader could understand.

Quality:
Product is very well made. No loose things and everything looks great! The black finish is great! It comes with a very rugged gig bag that is almost as hard as a hard case.

Value:
This bass is priced perfectly. It is worth every cent that I paid for it.

Desirability:
The black finish and the "scaley silver" pick guard is soooooo beautiful and "sexy". I love it!

Sound:
Every sound on this bass is beautiful. It is an awesome, awesome bass! The sound is just right on when you play and the strings are a perfect distance from the neck so that you don't get buzzing but you don't have to push far to get to the neck, which helps with faster playing! The action on the neck is great too.

Support:
I didn't have any problems so I didn't need to call or anything but when I bought the bass the company contacted me as soon as the item was sent and gave me all the nessesary tracking numbers and all that.

Overall:
The product has a lifetime warenty and the manual gives you all the information that you would need to clean or fix it on your own.

Feature:
Great gig bag,DI pedal ect nice!

Quality:
The neck is a peach, very Jazz like the body shape is very familar to all the tuner might need upgrading in the future.

Value:
Should be a bit cheaper but so should a lot of music gear.

Desirability:
Not the look of it but the sound and music is all about sound

Sound:
Does everything and anything! I treat each patch as a starting point and tweak till I'm happy and then save the patch. After all I have no idea what a '61 Jazz sounds like real or modeled.

Ease of Use:
Idiot proof even our drummer can use it!

Support:
Give them 10 never had any probs.

Overall:
Secondhand prices are low so you will lose a bit of cash on selling it but does any other bass have this much versatility?

Feature:
Great Idea but the technology is still falling short.

Quality:
The construction is pretty sturdy. However, one of the pots in mine is very loose and tightening it is not something the user can really do because of the internal electronics. Also the neck is not straight and true.

Value:
If all aspects of the bass were working properly, and customer service was at all a "service" I would rate the value much higher.(maybe like a 7.5 or 8)

Desirability:
I do like the aesthetics of the bass, and the modeling technology is a great concept, which will probably be great with a few more years of development.

Sound:
Although some of the sound presets are nice, some are useless. The bass really emphasized the funky nasal sound of the G string.

Ease of Use:
I quite like the feel of the neck. It's playability is more of a fine touch feeling similar to a fender rather than the aggressive feel of a warwick. I also like that there is no pickups in the way of your plucking fingers. It's very time consuming to get good settings from the different voices(if at all possible.)

Support:
This is where the company fails completely. They have made every attempt NOT to help me with the problems discribed above. The only reason I didn't give them the worst rating here is because of the website and firmware upgrades. Although this benefit is heavily biased toward the guitar users.

Overall:
I'll end up selling this bass very soon, and shell out the money that I should have in the first place.
