SPOTLIGHT REVIEW
Sound: Sounds are Awesome, This is basically a TRITON with updated Sound samples, The Piano sounds are much better than the TRITON LE and a few other Improvements. Feature: I'm only giving it a 9 because like the TRITON LE you have to order the Sampling upgrade ( EXB-SMPL ) seperate, It's not that much money that they could not have just added it. Quality: Steel Chasis is solid, The keys are not weighted but don't seem as cheap as the Fantom Series or even some Yamaha keys, Knobs and buttons seem solid Value: It's definately worth the money but at the same time for the price it should have come equipped with the EXB-SMPL upgrade. Manufacturer Support: Have not had to deal with them, Normally I would have picked Neutral but it's not an option The Wow Factor: It's sharp looking yet simple, and it's black, like I said before It's a Black Trighton instead of Silver. Overall: This is it for me, I'm a Guitarist/ Studio engineer and I was done using cheap portable Yamaha and Casio keys for the studio, and it was now or Never as far as a top of the Line Synth/Sampling setup.

Sound: For the heavy and dark sounding musical bridges i make, this keyboard is all i need. I think it has great sounds and lots of possibility's to play with those sounds. Feature: there is so much edditting you can do. Completely customize sounds/velocity/keys/pitchwheel etc etc. it has it all. Ease of Use: of course all the combi sounds give you an instant great sound Quality: light weight (much easier to carry around then my last keyboard and that one was smaller). and strong i believe a very smart product Value: tit's cheaper then the triton and a great price money value Manufacturer Support: no repairs needed, great info on the site and ofcourse the many forums The Wow Factor: not the most spectacular look. Some buttons that could take you instantly to some set-ups you made whould be nice Overall: i hope to use my tr for many many years.

Sound: The sounds are okay I have a yamaha motif 6 I had a korg triton le and a korg trinity the sound is way better then the le but it depends on what type of music you do the yamaha motif 6 sounds more jazzy and the tr sounds more commercal Feature: this is very easy to use and the usb port makes it even better Quality: no problems Value: good for the price Manufacturer Support: havent had to call them yet The Wow Factor: this look hot in my studio next to my mpc Overall: may be a year or two then I will upgrade I really want the korg triton extreme or the yamaha es

Sound: Great expressive sounds live, and fun to program. Feature: It would be nice if the sample board was included, and internal memory for the sequencer, but other than that it is great. Quality: Seems like a good build. Similar to my Alesis QS7.1. Value: Power to price factor is great. If you are a beginner, get this. It has everything you need to get started. I got it to incorporate a sampler and sequencer into my live setup, without having to lug a computer or rack around. Manufacturer Support: Haven't had trouble. It is brand new still. The Wow Factor: The new samples are incredible alone(from the Oasys soundset) It's also nice to have it in black. Overall: I will enjoy this for awhile. It has many standard features that are desired and upgradability as well. I have alot of gear so I won't need to replace it anytime soon.

Sound: As more a pianist (Roland RD-150), I looked for a keyboard, easy-to-use, with nice samples. I found it completely in the Korg TR. Ease of Use: Thank god it hasn't touch-screens! For musicians who perform or travel a lot, this is would be another thing to be careful with. I hate touchscreens!

Sound: Sounds are not bad, but Korg can use a better library of traditional instruments. This is great for the techno-keyboard player, but if you want traditional sounds, Korg always has run a little weak. Feature: I really wish Korg would put traditional wheel pitch bend and modulation instead of the joystick. Where some players may think it is better, I do not like spring loaded mod wheels or joysticks Ease of Use: Easily programmed, except when trying to use with multiple external midi sources. Can be a pain! Quality: The keys are a little cheap if you are used to Hammond style organ keys. I always feel like I am going to rip them off when doing a glissando Value: Good price to performance Manufacturer Support: not bad. usually easy to get an American on the phone. However, the knowledge base could be better. The Wow Factor: One of the things I really like about it is how narrow it is. Fits nice on top of my Kurzweil MidiBoard. Boy, I wish Korg would make a flat top 88 key controller! Overall: Overall, I am happy with it. However, I still miss my Kurzweil K2VX sounds and controller features.

Sound: amazing sounds... Feature: beyond well implemented...with all the common sense touches like template songs and punch in/out...fabulous job to all the pros at korg! Now, I can make the music right! Even the keybed is terrific and you've got to love the ultra smooth 4 way realtime controller...it's amazing and truly intuitive, I just browse the well written books when I need to...went with the fusion originally, because of all the hype and price, wasted time and energy. I went with the 76 key TR and couldn't be more pleased...It's the Way To Go!!! Ease of Use: template songs, punch in/out, and too many others sweet features to even begin...I'm pleased as punch with the TR76... Quality: even the keybed is terrific with consistent volume...Sleek black body, very solid quality workstation...I went with the TR76 after some research and experience with other workstations, no comparison Korg TR76 has it all...well done!!! Value: Amazing... Manufacturer Support: Haven't needed any, this is beautious with quality and built solid, sleek...If I did, I'm sure it would be excellent just like the TR76... The Wow Factor: Compelling and Beyond Well Implemented, it looks amazing, sounds amazing, and has amazing features...Simply Amazing, Simply TR76!!! Overall: What more can I say, I love it...hours of ecstasy and many many more to come...and intuitive productive features, how's them apples!!! :)
