Feature:
The tuner is very versital. The microphone, included, helps offer a sustained reaction to a tone (for the piano). This machine offers most all the features of the older $3,000.00 tuners.

Quality:
I have only owned the machine about 4 months. So far it has not offered one bit of trouble. Because I rated everything else a 10 I assume they have not shortcut this catagory.

Value:
Compared to other available tuners the value of this tuner easily rates a 10.

Desirability:
The tuner has helped a great deal. It has enhanced my business and become a special asset.

Sound:
I selected this tuner to use in my piano tuning business 4 months ago to help verify my intervals. The versitality of programing and the ease of operation have made it my new best friend.

Support:
I have never required support but I assume they have not shortcut this catagory.

Overall:
I expect to continue the use of this tuner for 4 - 5 years. It will then be replaced with another state of the art tuner. With all your efforts, probably a Korg.
