It came with the op-30 preamp which has a built in tuner... and a few features along with the 3 band EQ....

Quality:
hey its an ovation

Value:
Great Price and great sound great looks...... cant be beat

Desirability:
The CS245 comes with 15 sound holes (probably why the thin sound) but ovations were made for amps in a leaf design its a beautiful looking guitar.. I dont think there is another that looks like it.. it was what made me decide to buy it..

Sound:
Without an amp the sound is thin... but play it thru an amp and its one of the best sounding guitars Ive heard in a long time

I havent yet had to make any calls so I cant answer that...

Overall:
theres nothing I dont like.... Im familiar with Ovations and would definitly buy another...

Style of Music: Classic Rock, Anything I Like And Metal With My Other Guitars

I Bought This Guitar In Oct 2001 And The Sound Is Unmatched, Very Loud Unplugged, Some Barre Chords Are Hard To Play, I May Try A Lighter Strings. I Paid $597 And Change For It And Got A Free Case And It's Worth Every Dollar. The Guitar Is A Work Of ART. Everytime I Take It Out People Are Amazed And Tell Me How Beutiful It Is. If You Want A 12 String I Would Say Get This One.

Best sounding and easyest playing acustic guitar I have ever playd.
I have been adjusting the neck to have less space to the bars than it was from the beginning, and now it is as easy to play as a nylonstring guitar.Don`t get tired at all.

Style of Music: I play anything from Beetovens 9th, to Bob Marley to punk rock.

I have always dreamed of getting one of these, because the sound is just perfect. I have a gibson les paul, and that sounds great, but I think that Ovation 12 strings are the best sounding acoustics. I compare all of the other 12 stringed guitars to it.
