7 out of 10Feature:
Doesn't have features really, it's just a case!
Quality:
Overall I'd give it a 10, but the one I got stinks (literally) so I'm looking for another for my new guitar too.
Value:
Overall value it's great. 90 bucks isn't a whole lot for a case of this calibur.
Desirability:
Looks great, has the Ovation name on it.
Sound:
Umm it doesn't make a sound.
Ease of Use:
It's not too lightweight, but that adds to the quality so not a bad thing, just heavy to lug around.
Overall:
Overall, without the smell, I'd give it a 10. They did offer for me to return it, so not complaining to that end. Just had to fix it myself.

10 out of 10Feature:
The inside is covered in soft fur and features a small, but useful compartment for strings, capos, etc. It's not exactly lightweight, but it's definitely sturdy. The only thing it's missing is a built in humidifier, but then again, it's not $300.
Quality:
Everything about this case feels high quality. From the sturdy hard case, to the soft lining inside, nothing feels cheap or thrown together.
Value:
Hmmm...This is a tough one. Ovation is the only brand to sell cases to fit their guitars. However, they don't charge an outrageous amount, so the value is average.
Desirability:
It's a case. I want it, but only so I don't step on my guitar after I put it up.
Support:
I haven't had to deal with Ovation yet, but I don't think it will be a problem.
Overall:
I think this is a great case for a great guitar. I wish it were a little cheaper, but I completely understand. If you have a super shallow body guitar, you probably already own it, but if you're unsure if you need it, rest your fears. This is a great case.
