"very nice"

This guitar is the coolest looking thing I have ever seen. Unfortunately the wicked looking ones don't play as well but this guitar is actually pretty solid. I love the look and the jumbo frets, makes this guitar very easy to play and th3 19-24 frets are very easy to access. The only aspect I don't like is the bolt on neck. I usually stay away from bolt on necks that also have a floating tremolo. The pick ups are great but I wish they had more power for pinch harmonics. Over all this guitar is super comfortable for its wicked shape, sitting down or standing up it feels great. I would have to give this guitar a 7 out of 10 on sound, 10 out of 10 on looks, and a 10 out of 10 on comfort. I think I will change out the pick ups later on down the road but I can definatly say Im keeping this one forever.

I am already waiting for NAMM 2012 to see if Ibanez announces an upgraded version of this guitar. if lost or stolen i would probably wait or buy something else. not going to deal with tuning it again.
Sound
Active sound sort of like an emg but kind of lacking some how
Features
i love this guitar so much when u stand up it sits just perfectly and doesn't tilt at all unlike most non s shapes, the paint is killer, and with all Ibanez guitar the neck joint makes playing easy, all 24 frets are easily accessible. however my complaints with the guitar are the pickups aren't quite as... clean sounding as EMG's they sound sort of muddy to me, and the edge 3 bridge is near impossible to tune making it very frustrating. other than that this guitar has potential if you have patience
Ease of Use
This guitar is extremely easy to play with great action and a well shaped neck, which isn't too thick but also isn't too thin to where you're hands get fatigued very comfortable. sound wise though the pickups have great harmonics but i don't like the tone too much and recommend replacing them with EMGs or blackouts.
Quality
The guitar is VERY well made with attention to the detail of the paint (red oxide) probably one of the best looking paint jobs ive ever seen. the bridge again is not very reliable as it is hard to tune. i also thought that the chrome-silver pickup switch was kind of cheesy and cheap consider theres no other silver parts on the guitar. however the paint seems like it could take a beating and still remain in tact.
Value
If you have the patience to tune it go ahead. However i would recommend waiting till a possible higher quality version is released with a better tremolo and pickups. possibly a 7 string maybe?
Manufacturer Support
I have not had any contact with Ibanez
The Wow Factor
definitely one of the most unique looking, brutally shaped guitars ive ever seen its eye catching and looks great.
