Feature:
This amp has the clean channel, overdrive you can switch on for the clean channel, the hot channel, and the "X Mode" on the hot channel, which switches to a different preamp. The only other things you might need or want are a wah pedal and a delay pedal. Each channel has its own set of dials.
Quality:
This is extremely well made, all 71 lbs of it. It doesn't have metal corners, but very thick plastic ones instead. Cosmetically, I think that's a good thing, and they work just as well as metal ones do for protecting the amp. It's been knocked around quite a bit, and theres one mark, and no change in performance.
Value:
This amp should sell for much more than it's priced at. I wasn't as impressed with a $600 Fender tube amp as I was with this.
Desirability:
It looks great, which is an added bonus to the incredible sound of it.
Sound:
I have an Ibanez RG320QS, and play mostly rock and metal, and this amp can do both perfectly. On the clean channel, it sounds very good, almost acoustic-sounding sometimes. With the overdrive, it does hard rock very well. On the hot channel, theres an a button to switch to the "X Mode", which tightens up the lower sounds. I seriously doubt you'd ever need a distortion pedal for this thing. The hot channel alone has some great distortion, but I was really impressed when kicked in the "X Mode". My friends bass sounds perfect through it as well.
Ease of Use:
This is extremely easy to use, three buttons, a power switch and 2 sets of dials for each channel.
Support:
I haven't had to deal with this, but it's Ibanez, so I imagine I wouldn't have any problems.
Overall:
I would by this amp again if stolen, after killing the guy who stole it. I probably won't even think about buying another amp for a few years, or till Ibanez makes a new line of amps.
