I think this is a great guitar to learn on, and if you don't want to upgrade, it'll be a great guitar for years.
Sound
This is no 10 watt amp! on the back it says 19W input and it says GTA15R I think it's a 15 watt, anyway it's pretty darn loud!!!, there's not alot of effects but it's got a great high-gain sound. The guitar sounds awesome.
Features
it does have TONS of accessories but i give it a 9 out of 10 because mine didn't come with any pics. it came with plastic around the pic guard and the knobs, it was a little hard to take out, and there's still some under the knobs that you can't see but it makes an annoying sound.
Ease of Use
it's very easy to get the sound you want out of the amp and the guitar.
Quality
the neck has some weird spots on it that are kind of white at the top and the bottom.
Value
this is well worth the money, it's a shame it was discontinued
Manufacturer Support
haven't had to deal with support at all. but they have a warranty i can apply for online and you get a free 1 year subscription to rolling stones.
The Wow Factor
I like the pic guard and the neck as well as the hardware, the dark gray pic guard goes well with the black guitar.

Sound
good sound, easy harmonics, the board is easy enough to work, even for someone with a lot of rust on their fingers...
Features
It did come with picks, bag cord amp and manuals. The amp does a good job, nice sound from a smll package. The guitar pack for $199 is a great deal. I hadn't touched a guitar in at least 15 years and decided to pick this up, remembering Ibanez quality , sound and finish. Is this perfect? No. A couple of little things: the nut that holds the plug in lead wasn't even hand tight. In spite of what the manual said, the neck was close to 2mm off, and the adjuster was completely loose. Maybe that's a shipping thing. Yes you have to expect to go over something that's made in China and bought in a box off the internet. Is it perfect? No. but for the money, the sound and what you get with it, it's close enough
Ease of Use
playable and fun. a zoom g2 and expression pedal added new dimensions.
Quality
my early comments relate to the quality. Go over it or have someone knowledgeable go over it. It's not far off from the factory, but at least in my experience, a little tweaking is in order. Again, for $199 it's very hard to beat.
Value
well worth it

The Wow Factor
it's practical and useable. Limitations will show eventually, but if you just want to play, not spend a lot of money and don't expect to be going on tour anytime soon, this is an excellent choice.
